You can trust that your order will be quickly processed, packaged appropriately, and safely delivered to the address you specify. Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days. We ship products anywhere in the United States by USPS or UPS services, and internationally by USPS Priority International Service. All US orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation.
Domestic Orders: Domestic orders (shipments made within the US) are charged a Flat Rate Shipping/Handling fee which is determined by the total dollar amount of your merchandise order (excluding applicable sales tax for IL residents only.) We use USPS or UPS services for your domestic shipments.
International Orders: Shipping charges for all International Shipments are calculated by total weight and country destination. Orders shipped outside the US do not have a delivery confirmation, but International orders weighing over 4 pounds receive free insurance included in the shipping charges. We use USPS Priority International Service for all international shipments.
Back Orders: If we are unable to fill any part of your order, we will call you with information regarding the out-of-stock item or inventory.
