Return Policy Information:
If you are dissatisfied with your order from Look At Me Productions, you can return your item for a refund or merchandise exchange. Your item must be unopened and in resaleable condition. (Opened CDs will NOT be accepted for returns or exchanges.) All requests for a refund or merchandise exchange require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) that you may obtain by calling us at 800-301-5665 PRIOR to sending back your item.
Returns for refund or merchandise exchange must be made within within thirty days of the purchase date. A refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, excluding all shipping and handling charges. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you are requesting an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
